Bought a motor for my salt spreader. The shaft was a little longer than oem but we simply cut the little bit off of it that if needed. Otherwise it is hooked up & already paid for itself & the price was more than fair. Super happy with it.

I have one complaint. I haven’t started shopping here earlier. What a gem. Stopped in this morning looking for a snow blower. Everyone from the moment I walked in til the second I had the snow blower put in my truck was helpful outgoing and kind. Great team and a great store. I am a customer for life. How is it I’m just now finding out about Russo? What a great shopping experience for me, I was hesitant to use them, not knowing anything about Russo. But what I needed was in stock at a great price so I gave them a shot. We’ll, I had such a great overall buying experience and they will certainly be number one as a future source of supply. Typically I would look at eBay or amazon or OEM but I’m putting Russo at the top of my list as my first source supply to find items I need. Ordering, shipping time, delivery dates, I had constant updates on my order and it arrived as specified and everything was packed so well, it was like I packed it myself. I’m still flabbergasted that I had never heard of them, shame on me.

Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. Ordered a cutting edge online and after 2 weeks they still did not ship. Told me they were waiting on supplier (Western). I called western myself and they had plenty in stock so I bought direct from them. Cutting edge will be here in 5 days.

Just my personal experience. Ordered a blower from them. IL to NY it arrived at my door in just a few days. It works great. No missing parts. Decent packaging, no damages.
