We came home on a Saturday night at 6pm to no air conditioning. It was also a holiday weekend, so we were prepared to have to wait until Monday for service. Called Rusty and left a message. He called back right away and was able to come over within 15 minutes. He was able to fix our problem/maintenance issue within an hour and didn't even charge us for the overtime! I've been using this company for almost 10 years, and I am always happy with their professionalism, friendliness, and competence.

I have never been more impressed with the quality of service I received from Rusty's AC & Heating. Rusty, the owner, ( he said he's been in business for 49 years!) is absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever talked to. When my AC went out in the middle of the summer, Rusty went above and beyond to make sure our AC got fixed right away - he even offered to let us use a portable AC until ours could be fixed! He was honest and fast - and despite having a full schedule, was able to get our AC running the same day I called . I will NEVER, EVER use any other AC repair company. I would rate 6 stars if I could. May AC has been down in Florida for 17 days due to an incompetent HVAC contractor. We were at our wits end and called Rusty's AC on a Saturday morning. He promptly called me back within 10minutes. Even though I was not within his service area he spent 30+ minutes with me on the phone walking through diagnostics and helped narrow down the diagnosis and provided excellent guidance at no cost. He said "Hey you are the one without AC in Florida, I have no issues trying to help someone who is in trouble". In this current environment try and find a contractor like that, you will not. You are the man Rusty thank you again!
