Rusty's Burner Service

Needed repair of non-working oil burner. We had no heat or hot water. Rusty showed up on time and replaced parts, which he had, and completed job in an hour, Price was fair and furnace works great and is quieter than it has been in years.

Terrible company no one answers the phone she doesn’t like to talk so you will get a text 5 mins later asking what you need my boiler was air locked he got the boiler to run then told me I needed a plumber to change the circulation pumps with a part I needed 440 dollars later then a plumber came laughing said you got air in your system why would a boiler man tell you that she admitted on text they had to get to a party lot of money later with no help from them my advice look elsewhere

Called and left a message on a Saturday morning and got response within 5 minutes. They were able to come out and fix our very old oil burner within 4 hours of the call. Got a follow up text the next day to make sure everything was working. Price was very reasonable too. Would definitely use again!

We have been using this Company for a long time and were very happy with the service. Unfortunately recently we had unpleasant experience. Scheduling the maintenance appointment and waiting for month and a half, nobody show up on the scheduled date and time. I made 2 phone calls on the following date and left a message, but nobody returned my calls as of today. Called two days ago and left a message that we want to schedule a new appointment, and again nobody returned my call. This never happened before and as a long time customer I think we deserve at least a phone call back.
