Rusty’s Landscaping

Excellent service by Mr. Russell aka “Rusty”! Had an 8am appointment and he showed up 10 minutes early which is much appreciated. Had my weeds pulled around the shed which was vastly overgrown from the rain, as well as flowerbeds around the house. Sprayed as well for weeds to maintain dormant for some time. Great service!

I wish I didn’t have to write this as I once enjoyed Rusty and his crew. It’s been nearly 5 weeks since he has come to our home to finish a fully paid job. Zero communication from him for weeks as well. We hired him for sod and cleanup, then hired him to help cut down some trees because he promised he would save the sod he put down from the trees coming down, and he would replace the sod if it did not survive. We now have nearly fully dead sod, tree limbs everywhere, giant tree trunks throughout our front and backyard, and he even left some of his equipment here. Again, the job is fully paid and not even close to being finished. I’m sad writing this as we got along so great with him and his crew, and I also wouldn’t be writing this if there would be more communication on what’s going on. N
