Parking is free starting at 3pm. But if you're scheduled shift is 3pm, you'll be late to work because you can't swipe in to park until exactly 3pm. Otherwise, it's a closest parking lot adjacent to John's Hopkins hospital at monument street employee entrance, connected by the bridge on the 5th floor. Parking spaces can be tight, and on-going construction makes it worse to park. There's security office on the 5th floor, but officer stationed there does not really do anything. If you need help, the garage attendants stationed on the first floor are helpful and pleasant, will call towing company for you. Parking fee start at $5 after first 30 mins. But can only park there during daytime if your a monthly Parker assigned or has disabled tag and free to park at exactly 3pm.

I use handicapped parking and these spots are near the elevator with the most spots on level 5 near the bridge that connects to the Carnegie building, 3rd floor. To get to level 5, drive up the ramps until you see the large, blue 5 sign near the stairs with a cage around them. Turn left then make a another left turn half way up the ramp as if to exit. This will bring you back to the 5th level and more handicapped spots are located on the bridge side looking to the hospital buildings. Take the bridge to the hospital. An employee badge is needed to open the doors into the Carnegie building. If you wait at the door, eventually an employee will enter or exit these doors and you can enter then. This is one of the many parking garages associated with John Hopkins. This garage is not one located directly across the street, it is about five blocks away from the hospital. This garage is a good choice if the main garages are full.

5 stars for location convenience but The waiting list to get monthly parking is ridiculous. I've been on it for a year and never got a response to my email to enroll in the waiting list. So who knows if I'm really on it or not...........
