Above and beyond some of the best service I have ever received. For over a year since we first bought our house it was taking us multiple attempts to dry clothes. I had consulted with 3 other companies over the past YEAR and none of them were able to figure out the problem that he picked up on over the phone. For reference, our dryer is on the second floor, and the vent line exits 25+ ft up from the ground on the side of the house.
