RW Climate Control

I had contacted many HVAC companies about installing a new furnace and also wanted A/C unit installed. My old furnace was from 1985 and did not have A/C. It was very old. I called RW Climate Control and talked to Tim who is the owner. I explained that I needed a new furnace and wanted A/C, too. He came out to my house took some measurements and told me the size I would need and gave me a price. His price was way less than what the other companies provided me. Tim and Noah came out and installed my new furnace and A/C unit. Tim explained everything they were doing. They were very knowledgeable about the equipment and how to do the work. They used drop cloths on the floors and steps when removing and installing the equipment, cleaned up after themselves, and removed all the boxes the new eq

I called RW Climate Control for assistance with my furnace. They came for a consult immediately. Accommodating my schedule without compromising their current clients time. They were very attentive and efficient. RW Climate Control was very professional and prompt. I received a follow up call after their initial consultation to confirm the recommended services to be completed and after installation, to ensure everything was operating properly through the awesome Michigan weather. Excellent service! RW Climate Control installed our gas fireplace four years ago and did an excellent job. So when we needed some gas line service and a new air conditioner, we knew to call Tim White at RW. Once again, we were not disappointed!

Unfortunately we didn’t call RW first. Another company (who I will not name….) told my husband that we needed a new compressor (or something like that) and it would cost us $3500. Tim came out to give us a second opinion. He was able to do a repair and it cost us less than $250. It blows my mind the dishonesty of some of these other companies, but thank goodness for people like Tim. I know who my first call will be for all my other needs, and when I really need a large repair or new unit, I know I can trust them. I can’t recommend them enough. 5 stars!
