I have worked with RW as my main hardwood supplier for my flooring installation company for several years. They are responsive and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, honest, and accommodating to my customer’s and our needs. I plan to continue giving them my business as our company grows!

RW Supply & Design pre-finished wood was delivered with an unacceptably high water content, full of sawdust and with live & dead worms. Customer service was abusive. Returns were difficult and communication inconsistent. Overall, not reliable for either product or support.

Mark Fay helped me with my order, and he was incredibly helpful and patient (lots of back and forth to figure out the logistics of my delivery). And I am thrilled with the quality & price of my engineered hardwood! Will definitely be coming back to RW for future flooring projects :)
