Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic. We discovered a water leak over the holidays and they were able to come out on the same day we called on a Saturday to provide guidance. Both technicians were very professional, helpful and informative throughout the process. Once they identified the root cause, they were able to resolve the issue within just a few hours. RX Plumbing did a great job on recent service calls to our house. We had a clogged drain, an ejector pump issue in our basement, and a burst pipe in the front yard. Alex and his team showed up quickly, identified the problems right away, and took care of everything professionally. Their communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. I would definitely use RX Plumbing again and highly recommend their team.

Great experience. Alex was fantastic. Came same day as we had a clog in our commercial business. Diagnosed everything, fixed it immediately, and gave recommendations on potential future issues. I think the biggest thing I appreciate is the thoroughness - I could tell he takes pride in his work. Also, they did not leave a mess behind. Couldn't even tell they were there. Alex and his team did an amazing job at a fair price installing my new gas water heater in a very tight space. They were clean efficient and didn’t cut any corners.
