I had a strange issue with my boiler and six-zone hot water baseboard system. Tripp was the technician, and he quickly determined that the boiler itself was fine—but the six Nest thermostats I had been using for several winters were interfering with the control valves for each heating zone. He replaced them with standard, battery-powered Honeywell thermostats, and everything worked perfectly. It was a huge relief after dealing with 55-degree bedrooms during a -1° weekend. I can’t recommend Ryan & Company highly enough. Tripp was polite, on time, courteous, and demonstrated a very high level of workmanship.

I already had an appointment scheduled for a leaky faucet in my tenant's apartment but then her heat stopped working... in the middle of the blizzard. Ryan & Co we're able to add on the heating issue to the original appointment. They came, fixed both problems and were on their way. So easy and smooth. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Already have another appointment with them scheduled for a complete update of the pipes, new hot water heaters, etc. Thank you for everything! Excellent excellent work. Great service on the phone and made sure to get back to me quickly. Professionals came to work all day to make sure we had heat the same day of our heat pump install. Answered all of my questions well, Make sure that the system was configured as I wanted and expected, when I had follow-ups the next day they made sure to make themselves available. Handled all the permitting, even set up my warranties. The best!

We lost heat during freezing weather, and Trevor was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend him—he was extremely kind to my family and me and made sure we had heat restored before he left.
