He is someone that I admire, because of the excellent work he did for me with my 120 year old pipes, and because of his reputation with other trades people, contractors, that I respect. I am very particular about which kind of products, ie. pipes and fittings, that I want in my historic home. He was a great listener. He understood exactly what I wanted. I didn’t have to convince him. He did the job and exceeded my expectations. He is not fast moving but neither am I. With age comes experience. of which he has a lifetime of. I had a recent remodel done (2 new bathrooms and a laundry room)... i had an issue with a toilet leaking 2 months after the remodel and Mr. Ryan was less than professional and refused to stand behind his work.

Not good at answering calls...spoke with him and he said it would be a very long time...I asked could he give me a date he said no it would be a long way out. I decided to hire someone else and they came out 2 days later and did what I needed done.

Run, horrible and doesn't warranty any work, had to call someone one else to do the same Job he didn't do Right the first time.
