I've had to use them multiple times. They're technicians Braxton and Caesar are awesome! They're very knowledgeable and effective. Their pricing is super reasonable. One time I was told I would be charged the after hours fee but Braxton showed up 15 minutes early and helped me with my problem. Then the owner called me and told me they were going to refund that fee to me because he showed up early. I was very thankful for that. I will definitely use them every time I need an AC person

I had another company set up a brand new Trane system 6 years ago. It had a dehumidifier feature on the thermostat. When I asked about the dehumidifier feature I was told I didn’t have that feature and could not be hooked up. Enter Ryan’s heating and air conditioning. Brandon from Ryan’s not only hooked up the dehumidifier feature they said I didn’t have, he adjusted the system to be so quiet you can’t even hear it run. If you want the best AC technician in the business call Ryan’s and get Brandon on the job.

Tim and Brandon are true professionals. My heat pump went up suddenly. I called Friday morning, They responded even in the midst of many active clients. Tim explained up front what their charges are !! (Of course, costs for parts would be included. ) Tim came to check everything and tear it apart, took the component with him. He explained in detail what the problem was. They ordered parts that came in during weekend. Brandon came on Monday morning and installed everything. Hallelujah!! THANK YOU GUYS.
