Ryan's Pool Cleaning

Our pool pump quit working for a total of four weeks. Not once did our pool turn green! Ryan shows up every week and does a great job! We have had other pool services since buying our house, and Ryan is hands down the best! Would definitely give 10 stars if we could!

Ryan has serviced my pool for the last four years. He is reliable and professional, cleaning my pool weekly and balancing the chemicals as needed. He is responsive to my texts and calls when I have concerns. I would recommend Ryan and his daughter to anyone who is looking for a pool service.

I used Ryan's Pool Cleaning since he started. I've had several issues with his "Employees" not showing up for whole months at a time, I pay him cash and PayPal friends and family per his request, he can't keep track of his invoicing at all. I paid him cash for the last 2 months at a time and he didn't show up, I never got the month of service I was supposed to when his "employee" didn't show up as well. He also raised my rates on me after he had been servicing my pool for almost 5 months. Find a quality reputable service company not a fly by night that used to work for someone else and thinks he can run out and be a pro. Definately not a company to hire for your pool service.

I have used Ryan's services for over a year and had no complaints. Seemed like a responsible guy. Then this week he did not show up on his usual day. Didn't show up next day either. I texted him that the pool is getting green and murky. No response. I called the next day and he answered the phone! He told me he decided to cut back on his services, being overworked and I am one of the customers he ditched. So he did it without a warning, without communication, no regards to the professional ethics. He told me he waited for my last check to clear - the reason for not telling! Even that is a lie because he cashed it 2 days ago and still did not warn me and did not respond. Leaving me in the summer with problems is such an indecent move. Judge for yourself.

First summer in 5 years I have complete freedom from my pool.It is always sparkling clean,the water is clear and there is no over chemical eye burning or chlorine smell. It is wonderful to be able to swim whenever I want and never think about the pool because it is always perfect.
