RYCOR HVAC

We had Rycor coordinate and execute a major project involving the installation of 4 new mini-split units in our home in Hyde Park yesterday. I can't recommend them enough. The team of technicians were very professional and competent. They completed a major job in one day, and did a fabulous job! They were very efficient and precise, and cleaned up everything and took all the packing materials with them. There was minimal disruption inside our home and everything was put back just as it was. Also, the technicians wore booties and put blankets down in the entryway, as we had a blizzard the day before. Many thanks to Rycor!!!

I recently had a mini-split installed and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The team did an excellent job with the installation—professional, efficient, and everything is working great. The only small issue was the exterior line-set cover. It was installed in a beige color, which didn’t quite match my white house. Other than that, everything was done beautifully. I would still highly recommend their services and appreciate the quality of the work.

Rycor did a great job on my installation. Starting with my sale rep Mike. He went over all the plans and what to expect. Then he set me up with a finance advisor to get the process going. Everything was made easy. He help me with a main panel upgrade and an install of my new heat pump. Very pleased with the work done and the technicians that came were very informative and organized. Everything was done in half a day while coordinating with NYSEG. Very pleased highly recommended

Great experience over all. The design and sales technician C.B. was very informative and knowledgeable on equipment sizing and specs and was very friendly. We are pleased with the job that Tanner and Hector did on installation of a Mitsubishi Heat and A/C split unit with paying attention to detail and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Their staff is filled with Knowledgeable and hard working employees that walked us through everything and gave us clear explanations of the work they were doing and did it well. A one star is way too generous in my opinion. These people since day one were nothing but a true disappointment. First they ruined my 1800 house by putting the systems in the easiest places they could find. After days of me complaining they came to fix it. And now we are 9 months later to when we have to use the air. The one machine is spitting water all over room, ruining the floors and furniture plus the wall it on. So, I call for service. They don't call back for five days. We call three different times. When they finally call back they say they'll be here a week later. I would never complain. And honestly this is my first complaining on Google. But please use someone else save yourself the problems. I had another company come in after. There were so many different options and Rycor ne
