Ryskcon Construction & Roofing Inc. is a second-generation family business. Caroline Fulton the current president, takes enormous pride in representing and nurturing the business her dad began in 1990. We were fortunate that Ryskcon had done the original installation of our concrete tile roof (Caroline’s dad !). With years of service behind us, it was time for a roof inspection to replace cracked tiles, re-seal hip and ridge concrete, and finally a complete cleaning. Caroline and Chris made the entire process seamless. Scheduling, communication and most importantly, the worked preformed was of the highest quality. All while being at a reasonable price point. Ryskcon roofing did a fantastic job on our roof , replacing cracked tiles and applying new tinted motar over the entire roof . They were very professional , neat and clean . Communication was also great ! All done at a very fair price . I would highly recommend Ryskcon roofing !

They always arrive at the designated time and always call prior to arrival to advise u that they are on their way. I have found that they use quality materials, always explain what defects they have found and what the repairs will entail. Pricing has always been very fair. Excellent experience from start to finish. We had a complete roof replacement. on the house and new roof on the new boathouse. Crew was respectful of our property and kept job site clean. Our elderly uncle finally realized he had to replace his roof. He was living in a sea-battered cottage which still had the original concrete tile roof from the 1960s. It'd been leaking for awhile and was going to be a daunting job. Every contractor we brought over to quote for the new tile roof, tried to sell us a metal roof. Not Chris. He knew we wanted something strong and beautiful and introduced us to a clay tile roof system we weren't previously aware of. He was passionate about the craft and we really appreciated that and also the fact they're a family business inheriting a tradition, so to speak.
