Bo Farley and his team were very professional from day one to the conclusion of the project. They were very responsive and returned calls and messages timely, They kept us in the loop while dealing and negotiating with our insurance company and throughout the job. Bo was honest about the cost of the work and what would be our responsibility since the mold damage exceeded our insurance and he worked with us on it. We actually had more communication and responsiveness from Rytech than our at that time adjuster informing us of the process. The team at Rytech were phenomenal in our time of need. Water damage of any sort is certainly inevitable living in Florida. Bo and his team lead by Hunter did an excellent job on our home in Northeast Florida. They were easy to work with and scheduling the initial evaluation was quick. They worked with my insurance company, making making the hassle of working with the insurance company transparent to me. The mold remediation and water damage cleanup was contained and efficient.
