The teams was very thoughtful and considerate but I can't say it was without problems. In the end, over a month later, my wood flooring installer says he can't install the new wood flooring because the substrate is still to moist (10.3%), meaning we now have to deal with exposed sub-flooring. Not the best look to say the least.

Our water heater leaked and flooded the basement . Our insurer is USAA and they sent out these folks to dry us out. I could not be more satisfied with the services they provided. They always called before they came out and were very prompt. They explained in detail what was going on which was very much appreciated. A special shout out to Seamus who did most of the work. Thanks for making a bad situation much better

They were respectful of my property. They took the time to explain the process and did the job in a timely manner. They were very neat, clearing out all dbi and dust as they went through the work.
