There are pros and cons lie everything else. I do believe that these prices are outrageous ($250), we basically took out the garbage disposal and reconnected the pipes because the new sink is too deep. I am very impressed that they called me back immediately after leaving a message and they were able to send someone over the same day; which is amazing! The customer service reps were great. The technician was very nice but since we did not re-install the faucet, we were not able to verify if there were any leaks. After he left I installed the faucet myself and water leaked in two spots where the pipes were replaced. I re-tightened them myself.

Great experience once again with S&B. They will continue to get our business. Jason did a fantastic job for us. Very polite, helpful, professional and kind. He fixed the leak, new pipes and unclogged the drain.

I had S&B Plumbing install a new water heater, and overall, the work seemed solid. I opted to upgrade with their “Protection Plus” package, which includes an extra anode rod and extends the warranty from 6 to 10 years. Here’s where things got concerning (and the reason for the low stars): after installation, I noticed the warranty tag—required to prove the 10-year coverage—had been ripped off. When I followed up with them, they said they had the tag “in their pocket” and brought it back. I’m glad I got it, but I can’t think of a good reason why the only proof of an extended warranty would be removed and held back like that. It left me awfully suspicous. They may do quality plumbing work, but be aware and double-check that all your documentation and components you're paying for are provid

We had a leak coming from somewhere dripping into our garage. These guys were so responsive and QUICK. They found the leak, and repaired the issue as well as 3 other unrelated issues we had been worried about. The techs were so nice, and I would 100% reccomend them. I hope I never am in need of a plumber again, but if I do....S&B is who I will call.

I was in the middle of some renovations when a gas line got in the way of installing a vertical beam. I called a competitor and they were horrible to deal with and very expensive. S&B on the other hand was not just responsive but timely and did the work for almost half the cost!!! Amazing to work with. If I need any gas/plumbing needs in the future they will be the first people I will call.
