Our experience was beyond 5 stars. The plumbers changed 1960’s wall mounted toilets in two baths to floor mounted, as well as placing a pedestal sink and shower faucets. They were so helpful and friendly. The owner Steve helped us arrange other wonderful contractors to perform the necessary concrete work for a new tile floor and sheetrock repairs in the bathrooms.The work was done on time and was professionally done especially for such an extensive renovation which also preserved the mid century modern look of the bathrooms. Steve and team were recommended by a contractor we know. The team had two projects to complete for us and did a great job. Since it’s an older house it could have been tricky but they got it done. Personable and professional and it was appreciated.

We give S. Carlson Plumbing a 5 star rating because they earned it. We had a Navien tankless water heater installed by a plumber that was not an authorized Navien installer. Big mistake, the unit, although practically brand new had a faulty part, which was why it wasn't working. The original plumber didn't catch that and we were just about to pull the unit out and replace with a 50 gal water heater. We called Navien, they gave us a list of plumbers in our area, and we chose S. Carlson. Mike and Jaimie, two highly qualified plumbers, figured out the problem, defective Navien part, contacted Navien, got the replacement part and everything works beautifully. Thank you Mike and Jaimie for being our advocate, they will be our go to plumbers. Great job guys!!!

All aspects of our experience with S. Carlson exceeded our expectations. The company gave us a rough estimate of the cost over the phone and the final invoice matched the estimate. The repair man, Jamie, was available the same day. Jamie respected our request to stay on the joists and off of wires while working on the repair in the attic. He was able to complete the work in a tight space without having to remove other structures, which saved us from a more extensive repair. Repair looks neat. Jamie and Mike explained things plainly and were a pleasure to work with.
