We were very happy with the work done by Barnett Plumbing. They came out to our house when no one else was available, they came out same day, and after giving us a fair quote, were at our house the very next day with a whole crew. It was a big project, but they did exactly what they said they were going to do, completed the whole project in 8 hours, and billed me exactly what was quoted. To add; they were courteous, knowledgeable, and a very hard-working group of guys. I would recommend this Barnett Plumbing, to anyone who asked. I'm very appreciative of people who run a fair and honest business like this.

Do not use this company !!We called Barnett Plumbing, Prestonsburg, KY., because we had a clogged drain pipe. First they said they would be there after work, to check out the situation. They didn't show up. The next day they messaged that they would be out later. They finally showed up around 6:30 PM, when it was dark. The guy that came out was named Carl, and Carl told my daughter that it would be much cheaper if I had written out a check to him personally, rather than Barnett Plumbing. Carl then proceeded to tell my daughter that the problem was our septic leach bed needed replaced. We had these same people out a few months before, and they had tried to tell us the same thing. At that time we had a bathroom pipe clog, and it ended up costing over $1300, after they replaced and re-routed

Do not use this company. They came out to do a job and ended up changing me $75.00 dollars an hour not by the job. My shower head and handle was put in wrong. They would say their coming and never show up. They also go by S&B Plumbing

They came out late. Didn't touch anything and charged us $170.00. Do yourself a favor these guys are rip offs. Find someone dependable.
