I had an excellent experience with S&D Roofing. The communication was great, and the workers were on time and very detailed. There was a project manager on site to coordinate things and answer any questions I had. One of the owners came by in the afternoon to check on the job, make sure I was happy and thank me for my business. S&D is truly a family-owned business, and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my roof redone by S&D Roofting, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, they were prompt, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly professional. Stu, Amy, and Dale were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the project. The team worked efficiently, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I truly appreciate the attention to detail they provided. I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!!!

My townhome community chose S&D for our new roof installation, after researching multiple other roofing companies. We chose S&D because of our management company’s recommendation, as well as the competitive pricing S&D provided. It was a large project for us, and we are very pleased with the results. S&D & its management worked closely with us & kept our management company & Board of Directors updated every step of the way. After several months, the finished product says it all. The new, updated roofs & gutters are beautiful, functional, & have given our property a huge facelift, not to mention increased property value to our homes. I highly recommend this company.

Steve is rude. We live in a town home community that was having the roofs replaced by S&D, and Steve REFUSED to do the roof of our neighbor(a single man) in the morning and instead did our roof waking our four small children. We asked repeatedly for him to save ours for the afternoon, and his response was "take them too the park" and "well they need to get used to the noise" they also left insulation all over our front yard, that we had to pick up so our dogs wouldn't get injured.I would neve reccomend this company! Steve is rude and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would!
