At first I was unsure about calling this company because if the mixed reviews, but I am so glad that I gave a local business a chance. Came out the same day that I called. He saved me money and gave me the information I needed to advocate for the responsible party to pay to fix the septic issue. I will definitely call back for my other house and recommend Rick to my neighbors for their septic service.

STAY AWAY from these crooks they try to bill u twice for a service they should have finished Once. Even after you had paid cash with receipt they will bug and bug wanting you to pay more for a basic septic pump way after you had already paid i cant stress this enough they are crooks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS if u value your money

Called these guys to hydro jet my sewer line due to a clog. Roto Rooter quoted me $3400 for the job originally and S&G did it for $550 the next day. These gentlemen did what they said they would and saved me lots of headache and money along the way. Thanks S&G.

Called these guys to come pump my septic tank due to it being full. I was sleep when they came so they talked to my wife she told them where the tank was and the guy pumped it from the side outlet pipe not from the septic tank itself. Charged us 425 and was here in less than ten mins. We have a 1000 gallon tank by the way. I called them back to ask why he charged us but my tank is still full and he claimed they drained it I sent pictures to show it’s still full and he said well I’m not sending them back out and if I do it’s to put the sewage removed back in my tank! Look being very frank here….this is unprofessional as you can get. These guys thought by talking to my wife they can do the bare minimum for full payments. We are trying to get a construction permit approved and were in need of a C-42 certification on a septic tank. Rick and his team are professional and friendly and got us the certification we needed in a surprisingly quick turn-around time.
