Google Late Friday night my wife and I had discovered that our heater was not working. After a quick google search we landed on a local company to contact for service. David answered and said that he could be there shortly. He arrived within 15 minutes and after a thorough inspection he determined that it was terminal. Full disclosure - the unit was 30 years old and living on borrowed time. After agreeing on a plan to replace the furnace we parted and he said he would be in touch on Monday morning. (We told him that we would be good for the weekend). They arrived by mid morning and were done by 4pm. Took 2 visits (but charged only for one visit) to get us back to warmth due to a lose wire situation where it was intermittently not working. Thank you!!!

They are across the street from me and for some reason I never used them. They took me on the same day and within 2 hours I had heat. I used another company for a long time but they were "big business, with big prices" I know S&H is a very successful form with multiple trucks but they were very personable and fixed my furnace in no time. I'm a single mom and know nothing about furnaces and they could have totally taken advantage of me like other companies have But they didn't and I knew the minute the service tech arrived that I was not going to be taking advantage of and that is priceless. Called to get 2 commercial installs of new HVACs. Woman who answered kept talking over me then told me Harry or Steve would call me back. 5 mins later she called me back saying they wouldn’t do any work for me because of “past invoices”! However I have never done business with them in the past and will definitely never do business with them now!!
