Your son was very professional and considerate to take his shoes off after walking in the snow. He took time to show me where the leak was and give me options. Thank you for your professional job and your business being helpful not greedy. I had a different hvac contractor in the Lewisburg area come in the beginning who was very greedy. They charged me an outrageous amount of money and did nothing. You guys are the best!!

I called S.J. Eaton for help with a clogged basement drain. My call was made after 1PM. I was told that I would be put on the service list and they would call me when a serviceman would be available. At 2:43 I got a call saying that they were on their way! Chris arrived shortly after that, He went right to work and resolved my clog in short order. Chris was friendly and professional. We will recommend S.J. Eaton to our friends.

Totally unprofessional and poorly trained. Tech came to my house to diagnose water heater for coverage under my home warranty. Upon arrival tried to install new water heater in spite of my clear verbal instructions to the office about needing approval. Tech then claimed he didn’t know how to diagnose problem and water heater was just old. Tech then claimed there was no power to unit and I needed to call an electrician. However upon checking when I returned from work I found with a tester there was indeed power to the unit(see photo). Also tech left a puddle of water in my basement. I called to complain about the service and was greeted with a very rude and condescending secretary, who tried to speak over me and then hung up when I would not put up with it.
