They didn’t want to fix my sewer system outside my house in a timely manner. They took their sweet time, took them a whole week to fix a small issue. Eduardo and his team were talking bad about me as if I couldn’t hear them, they all complained about the issue especially Eduardo. Very lazy people.
Eduardo and his team did a great and speedy job on my lead line removal. He knows DC Water's programs well and is very helpful
ZERO STARS. NEVER hire S&J. They are supposedly a DC water trusted contractor but they caused a leak on our property and refuse to fix it.
