Customer service is poorly. They go around saying your home is rat infested and it's not. They go on Facebook saying bad stuff that's not true. Their language to customers is terrible. Talk about other people's homes to other customers. I would give them no stars. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their techs are rude and over charges for service that doesn't even get done ..

I’m really surprised by the couple of negative comments. I’m kinda suspicious if it might be coming from competition maybe. I have been using this company for over a decade. Always professional, always kind, and always makes sure that I am taken care of. They service my home and the shopping center where I work. I highly recommend S&K.

Sold us a brand new AC unit about six months ago and the compressor goes out. It still has plenty of warranty on it and they will not even come look at it. Told us it wasn't their problem even though they sold it to us. Beware and do not do business with. Very shady from the get go.

Something is going on with S&K. Used to be a good company. Now, You can't leave a message because their "mailbox is full" and when you do get someone to answer the office phone they say someone will call back. They Never Do! Are they in business or not? Best to try elsewhere if you really need service.

Owner was professional and extremely helpful. Didn’t have to give me instructions over the phone to repair my unit but he did. The owners are good people.
