From the first call to S&S through the job getting done, the customer service was outstanding. They were very well priced on cutting concrete in the basement and coring out the foundation 7”. Shawn returned my calls promptly and was helpful walking me through what his team can do and then Chris showed up and was very customer service oriented. We used S & S Concrete Cutters to cut a rough opening for an egress window. Robert cut a 13” deep opening (34.5” x 44.5”) precisely. This made window installation so much easier for us to do. I’m a superintendent on new Marco’s pizza in Fairfax VA. I work with lots of trades and subcontractor’s I called he gave me price Which was more than fair they were there next morning with top notch equipment and had my slab cut and cleaned up and in 3 hours were gone with superior work left behind anytime I am in need of concrete cutting no way I would ever use anyone else! Unfortunately I can’t remember guys name that came out and did job but with an awesome attitude and knowledge of his job i was blown away. Thanks again S&S👍
