Great place they make any key on a very helpful

I had conducted business on several occasions for my place of employment and my residence but never felt a need to do a review. I visited the store on Wednesday 12/18/24 approximately 3:30 pm to seek assistance on a cylinder with a broken key for an entry door at my residence. The person at the counter greeted me very humbly and patiently listened to my problem. He removed the broken part of the key from the cylinder and explained how to reinsert the cylinder into the housing of the lock. I was successful with the task. I called the store to find out his name and was told the person is James. I commended James for him to treat an unknown customer with respect, dignity and compassion. He didn’t try to make a “quick sale”. He did let me know when the next appointment is available if
