Had our heat pump go out and S&S came promptly at the time they said they could be there. The technician Cody was awesome. He was friendly and courteous and quickly fixed the issue. I recommend S&S for any HVAC issues.

S and S is a great business. The owners and technicians are knowledgeable, dependable and very responsive. Our recent warranty work was completed very quickly. Cody kept us informed on the problem with our unit and the owner advised us on our best course of action. Cody kept us in the loop beginning with his planned arrival time. The work was completed and new unit, that was covered by our warranty, was fully operational even quicker than expected.

S & S Maintenance is an excellent company run by exceptionally friendly, competent and skilled people! Andy is on point and his HVAC repair and replacement service and cost have always been excellent.. Katie with admin and scheduling is a delight. Just got our unit and duct work replaced by them and team Zack, Bronsen and Devin were super efficient, friendly and fast. New unit install and removal took only 90 minutes. Well always go with S&S!

I noticed on Saturday that my system wasn't working so I called and left a message at the office, wasn't really expecting a callback considering it was a weekend. But surprisingly I got a callback a few minutes. The lady I talked with was very pleasant and offered to send someone out that day but since it wasn't an emergency I decided to wait until Monday. First thing Monday I called a call from the tech(Cody) saying he was about 10min away and sure enough he was there on time and after about an hour our system was back online. I've used this company three times now and highly recommend them.

We just had our whole HVAC system replaced by S & S Maintenance Heating & Cooling LLC. The installers, Trent & Justin, did an amazing job. They were here all day and were meticulous in every aspect of the install. Thank you again to Steve Tangeman for coming out to evaluate our original system and setting up the new install.
