They quickly came out when we called to have our furnace looked at. He was good at figuring out the problem, had the parts on hand and fixed our furnace. The bill was very reasonable.

Jon schafbuch is the best. He was fast, honest, and informative. He is a true asset to yalls company. I had my skepticism on which hvac company to go with. But jon sold me. Good to see a small town family man that takes pride in his work. S&s has a full time customer in me as long as they send Jon. Cant thank you enough for coming out so quickly and in this heat!!!

Not recommended. The office manager took my debit card number, indicating that it was for a $85 deposit since I was a new customer. My clogged sink was fixed when I got home. A few days later, my bank account showed a charge for $275, which included 2.5 hours of labor. This charge to my bank was unauthorized as I had only agreed to the $85 deposit. In addition, I felt that 2.5 hours of labor (I live 15 min away from the business) was excessive. A mini-router was used to unclog my line. There was a $45 charge for that. I stated that I should have been called to contacted if there was to be such an excessive charge. Christine, the office manager defended the $275 fee and had no comment as to whether this was a reasonable and customary amount. She also defended the fact that it had
