We have used SA Sloop for years and they have always been reliable and honest. In a very hard time my heat went out we called them and was told we needed a completely new system. They came and got us temporary heat until we could make a decision. They followed up with out emails, phone calls and million questions. They showed up early to start the install, they finished in a timely manner. They were very professional. I can’t thank Phil, Jamie, Tammy, Miguel, Tayton, and there were 2 others I can’t remember their names. I am sorry. We Love SA Sloop and recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so.

Thank you so much for the nice, polite young man whose name is HUNTER who came to my home to check my heating unit! He showed me on the unit the part broken. I asked him how much it would cost for service call, part and total amt that I would owe him. After fixing everthing HUNTER told me the total. He was a very polite, professional, well-mannered young man. As me being a Senior Citizen, his attitude and professionalism gave me hope that there are young people who still care about the kindness and goodness in the world today. Social Media seems to be the destruction,meaness and uglyness of young people in our communities today. When I purchased my home, I "inherited" S.A. Sloop HVAC from the prior homeowner (a very satisfied multi-decade customer who used SA Sloop to install much of their HVAC system) and I am so glad I did! I have since used S.A. Sloop for my annual maintenance, AND they recently installed two new mini-splits for me. (BTW mini-splits: efficient, quiet -- awesome -- check them out!) Mike is my go-to guy at S.A. Sloop, but the entire team (including the lovely front office team) are wonderful people. It would be hard to find another HVAC company that has both the expertise, professionalism and the kindness S.A. Sloop offers their customers! (Note: their service area is quite large -- I am in north Charlotte.) S.A. Sloop is one of the good guys!
