The workers of this company do not consider the neighbors of their clients when installing their products. They installed what I assume is an a/c unit on my neighbors balcony above ours and there is tons of water coming down to our balcony now. It smells like it has some chemicals in the water and I had to remove items from our balcony so they wouldn’t get damaged. My house mate called their owner and he didn’t seem to care. So here we are leaving a negative review because he couldn’t be bothered. Take your business elsewhere.

After being hired to do a job and everything seemingly went well, it all ended abruptly when I tried to contact them afterwards. In servicing the unit, one wouldn't stopped dripping and the other stopped blowing cool air. They came the following morning to fix the drip but I've been unable to reach them since. All calls are unanswered and straight to voicemail. This kind of lack of accountability is unacceptable!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alberto from SAA Cooling to fix my air conditioner, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Alberto was prompt, professional, and had all the right tools to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The job involved relocating a condenser unit and finding a leak in my mini split unit that was caused by a prior bad installation. Alberto was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get to work fixing the problem right away. Alberto was fantastic. Our AC was having some issues so we originally decided to get a consultation from a larger company. They told us our entire unit would need to be replaced it was going to cost upwards of 20k. I reached out to Alberto who was able to repair my unit for a fraction of the cost and it runs like new. Look no further if you need help with your AC unit!

I want to take some time to thank the owner ☺️ I called him for a free estimate on a problem I was having with my air conditioner, he was quick to come to my house, very respectfull, he checked and notified me the problem was the thermostat and also notified me that everything else was working but someone had disconnected the cables, I went to tell him that I had called another company for a estimate before him and that they notified me that I had to pay $423.00 for a totally different diagnosis, he went to explain to me that they lied to me. I am very thankfull for how HONEST he was he was not trying to steal or take advantage of the situation, I was very happy with his service, thank you for being honest👌🏻 def will request service again ☺️
