Sackett's did an amazing job on our new laminate flooring! Steve made the whole process quite easy for us, from the quoting to floor selection, and all the way through installation. Lauren was amazing to work with in the showroom, helping us to select the perfect flooring for our house. We were in need of a quick turnaround for our laundry room flooring, because our washer died and we were getting a new one delivered in a week and a half. The folks at Sackett's helped us quickly find a great flooring solution. They were super friendly and helpful in the showroom. They came out the same day to measure and installed it two days later. The people who installed the flooring were very professional and friendly. The installers weren't sloppy at all and cleaned up after themselves. This is the second project that we had hired Sacketts to complete. Both went smoothly from Matt our sales person to Carlos and Phillipe. Are recent project was having Laminate floors installed and they look amazing. The workers were polite and courteous and very hard workers. They took my concerns seriously and took the initiative to fix them the best they could. We have a couple of more projects to complete (backsplash, bathroom flooring and shower) and would not hesitate to call them back. They are a company that will stand behind their work.
