A/C went out during this dreadful heatwave, noticed at 11am on a Friday (7/25), the day before we were hosting a family reunion. The house had gotten up to 84˚. Called Sacko Air and Levon said he would be out between 3-5 that day to have a look. Showed up at 4:30 and got the system running. Also, took the added time to do a tune-up of the system. I'm sure he was and has been super busy, but I really appreciated that we got such a quick response. Great guy, great service, great company!

I’m a little late to writing a review but here goes. My furnace took a dump on me this past winter, along with my refrigerator. It was on a Sunday night and I text the owner to see if he could squeeze me in the next day. He came out to my house that night to find out what the issue was and got me on the right track for the long term fix, which was to replace the 25 year old existing furnace. No sugar coating or upselling involved here. Just FACTS and his recommendation. I had a new furnace installed that week, which ultimately lowered my energy expenses and gave me peace of mind for the rest of the grueling winter. Levon and his team are fantastic! He responded to our call within 24 hours and I'm so impressed with the level of service. We received updates via text, so we could know when the technician was arriving and completed the job. As a business owner, I can't stress how much it meant to find an HVAC company this responsive. Levon and his team went above and beyond to ensure our A/C was restored. I called in Monday night and his team was there Tuesday afternoon and completed all work by lunch on Wednesday. Levon and his team are amazing. He has been my go to HVAC person for over 12 years now and has replaced several systems in several houses over that time. What I love about Levon is I can bring him a challenge such as a broken system and poorly run ductwork in a 100 year old house remodel and I just have to give him a rough idea of what I need. He comes back to me with an amazing plan that far exceeds my expectations, is completed in a timely manner and all at a cost that is extremely reasonable.
