Daniel at Saela is very kind hearted, professional, and diligent. He pays close attention to my concerns, tells me his plan to address my concerns, and proceeds to carry out his plan. When he has completed his tasks, he lets me know what he has accomplished before leaving, always making sure that I don’t have any questions or other concerns. I greatly appreciate Daniel’s excellent work.

Orion was great, very helpful and informative tech who was very professional and eager to help us, even with something completely unrelated. Only issue we have is the placement of the rat traps was less than ideal, we do wish he had put them on the other side of our temporary fence so our dogs can't get to them at all. Easy fix at the follow up appointment tho. Unsure about the effectiveness of the treatment as it's only been 2 days. Will update if need be.
