Safe and Easy Movers is a fabulous company with exceptional customer service and movers. They were great guys who were careful with every piece they moved. Wrapped and blankets over each piece. The leader of the crew Wes- communicated clearly and kept me updated. The owner Nicholas does the onsite visit and gave a fair price. There was full disclosure with clear forms. They showed up on time as scheduled and worked efficiently. I highly recommend this company over any national chains. This company is family owed and uses clean trucks. Call them now!

I recently had a horrible experience with Ashley (wife of the owner). She promised me a quick delivery for my small load from FL to TX, opting me to go with her. I gave a deposit and was emailed the estimate. When the movers arrived & took inventory, he had me sign papers (the contract) stating the price, my deductible, box count, etc. but as he tore it off the clipboard, I noticed all the writing on the back & when I read it, it states they can take up to 30 days to deliver! There is a lot stated on the back which I hadn’t seen before. I have him phone Ashley & she assures me it will be delivered within the 10 days as she had stated. Well, it was not… But, worst of all was getting ghosted by Ashley & the manner in which they tried to conceal the terms on the actual contract they had me s

On 7/20/24 Safe and Easy Moving was hired to move me from my FL home to my home in GA. The movers were paid extra to box certain items in the move. During the move two items they boxed, my big screen tv and a Pampered Chef stoneware pan were damaged. The company has yet to pay for the damaged items despite it being stipulated in their contract because the movers (Wesley and another man) re entered my home after they should have been gone, and took money (which movers and company have admitted) from an ex that I was leaving- This is despite the fact they were at MY home and under contract with ME and NO authority was given to them to take direction from him. They destroyed a sofa that belonged to me (caught on a neighbor's ring camera) by moving it outside and dumping it upside down on the

Wesley and team were amazing! Most of our furniture was going to their storage facility and the rest to our new temporary home. Every piece was carefully blanketed and then wrapped. Storage stuff was kept separate from stuff for our new home. They took extra care to move and arrange properly in their truck. All 4 movers had great attitudes and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!!
