Safe Cruise Parking

We had a pretty solid experience with them! Our driver to the port wasn’t messing around. He was getting it through that traffic. Really liked him! The pick up area is chaotic but I’m not blaming them, just how the port is set up and people don’t follow directions. Wish they had more shuttles running during pick but we were already prepared for a long wait. And you can opt for a taxi instead. We would certainly use them again and be sure to bring some cash to tip your driver(s)!

Me and my girlfriends used this service to board a five day Caribbean Cruise and it was amazing! We were able to reserve our spot ahead of time. It’s half the price of parking in the port AND we get a shuttle to and from the cruise ship terminal! Service was excellent and straight forward. I plan to use them for any cruise out of Miami in the future. Highly Recommend!

Overall a great experience. The office staff and our driver were both friendly, helpful, and good communicators. Given we were boarding our cruise on a holiday, they sent an email the day before letting us know the last shuttle would be at noon, and instructions in case we arrived after that. They also called my cell at 11:30a (while I was looking for a spot) to ensure we wouldn't be left behind by the last shuttle. I completely understood the desire for the staff to leave early to enjoy Thanksgiving with their families, and appreciated the extra communication. After our cruise (12 days later) the shuttle was sitting at the cruise terminal curb (pictured) waiting for us. I never had to call or wear the sticker they provided. Overall a great experience. Not sure bout others but our experience was solid for both embarking and disembarking. Shuttle drivers are also very professional. Maybe it was because we sailed out during the Thanksgiving week so YMMV. Will definitely be back if we ever sail out from Miami again.

I had done extensive research on cruise parking outside the terminal since the terminal price was outrageous. Safe Cruise Parking was the only one that actually returned my calls and emails. Right then I felt comfortable to go with them. They did not disappoint. Easy to get to, plenty of covered spaces, professional office staff, very prompt and professional shuttle and driver, and no wait during the return for the shuttle. And plenty of communication by text starting the day before we returned giving us instructions about the shuttle. I will not hesitate to go to them again.
