Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Alpharetta

They are under new management. Starting fresh and starting big! I loved it! Very professional and thorough. The technician first inspected the house and heard my complaints and got to work right after. He even hand scrubbed an area to remove a stubborn stain. My carpet is clean.

This company is laughably bad. My wife had a technician come over to clean our couches and chairs. They left a mess throughout the entire living room, kitchen and dining room. A white film on the floors, leather chairs, windows, foot prints everywhere. It was stunning how much of a mess it was. When I asked them for a refund, Al's response was, somebody has to come back to try and make it right. When I sent him the photos and video of the mess that was made, his suggestion was to use dawn soap to clean it. "Comes right up, dawn is the key." Haha! Unbelievable. I tell you what, I'll come over to mow your lawn, and then fling the grass clippings all over your living room. "All you need is a leaf blower, blows right out" When I asked to speak with ownership, the response was, I'll pass on

Total waste of my time and money. Pulled a bait & switch and left without cleaning anything. Called about using a Groupon for 3 rooms + hall and adding on 2 more rooms + stairs. Was told to buy Groupon then call back for appointment. Was told extra rooms would be $40 each and $40 for the stairs. So I made an appointment thinking I would be paying $208 ($88 Groupon plus $120 add-ons). Tech showed up on morning of appointment and quoted me $469. I told him that wasn't what the office told me and that he could just do the Groupon deal of 3 rooms + hall. He would not take the Groupon and he left saying a manager would call me. So, I bought something they won't honor and they left without cleaning an inch of carpet. Buyer beware! Still haven't heard from a manager despite calling the office tw

This place is the best! Ramone was super cool, kind and knowledgeable. After having a well known carpet cleaning company out, 2 times, to get our puppy pees- both attempts unsuccessful- Safe-Dry got the smell out! Very impressed! Will recommend to friends and family! Thanks so very much!!

The technician (Edsell) was awesome! He was 10 minutes early, which I truly appreciated. He wrote a mask, was professional but also personable. Customer service is very important to me & he went above & beyond. Most importantly, my carpet was extremely clean (it was extremely dirty) & he was finished in a very short time. I highly recommend this company but I recommend you request Edsell for a beautiful experience.
