Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Clarksville

Jordan did amazing and helped my rug look brand new again which was no easy task!! He was kind and on time and I'll definitely be booking with Safe Dry again in the future !

The technician was very polite and respectful, so I do want to acknowledge that. However, I was very disappointed with the actual carpet cleaning service. What was done felt more like surface cleaning or light vacuuming rather than a deep carpet cleaning. I even asked about where the dirty water was being extracted, and it seemed like no true extraction or suction was used. I was told they only clean the surface, which might be fine for hard floors but not for carpet that needs a deep clean. I explained beforehand that my carpets had heavy use and needed a thorough cleaning, but after three rooms, there was little to no noticeable difference. It honestly felt like adding water to dirt without properly removing it, which didn’t improve the condition of the carpet. I requested that he stop
