Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Huntsville

I used this service yesterday and obviously I didn’t have a very good experience. Number one, you better clarify the cost up front, cost me over twice what I had been told over the phone. Two, the mechanism they use has a rotary action and the fluid is applied to the head. When it spins it sprayed everything in the surrounding area and left that chemical all over everything. I couldn’t see it at the time but it dries white and my hardwood floor was covered, my coffee table and everything on it was covered and the side table was hit, which had the remotes. Yes, even the remotes had to be wiped down. I spent two hours working on my hard wood floor to get that chemical residue off of it. Now with that being said let’s talk about the cleaning job.
