Safe & Sound Home Inspections

My partner and I had a great experience using Safe & Sound. We are purchasing our first home, so this was our first time using a home inspector. Brian and his wife Kyle made the process simple and enjoyable. Kyle coordinated the process smoothly and quoted us a great price. Brian was prompt with our appointment and took his time to go over everything with us, ensuring that we understood all of his findings. He was able to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions for how to address anything in his report. He was friendly and sociable the whole time. We would definitely recommend them to other homebuyers in the area.

My husband and I just got an inspection by Brian for our upcoming home purchase. He was extremely likeable and personable form the beginning, and was VERY thorough in his inspection. He took his time and looked through every single little part of our new home, and explained everything to us. Afterwards, he sat down with us and went over everything he had found and gave us possible solutions and suggestions about what to expect from the seller.
