I had chimney sweep service done on 01-12-2026. I must say, this was done well, done with care, and went the extra mile to clean things that I would not have expected. Having been here for over 30 years, and having not really used the fireplace more than a handful of times, I have it in case there is an extended power outage and can keep the house warm enough to prevent pipe bursts. But the thing is, he was punctual. He is local. He is personable, like talking to a friend vs. some random guy. he took the cleaning to the highest level and went above and beyond. He even cleaned up the fireplace tools that were there, covered in dust. I'm sick and not doing the kind of cleaning I would like to do, the dust was built up. He took the time to clean up everything around the fireplace. I

I cannot recommend Safe-T-Sweep more, the service was wonderful. I have never owned a fire place, and unfortunately caused a chimney fire within months of owning the new home. Safe-T-Sweep is one of the only chimney sweeping companies that answered immediately when I called. He was able to come out same day to clean the stove and chimney. He showed me everything that had to do with the chimney and stove- educated me and was incredibly kind. Cleaning was incredibly thorough, response was immediate, price is truly very comparable to other companies. (The quotes I have received have been within $100 of each other).
