We used Safe Travels for our move from Tampa to Orlando. The crew was incredibly efficient and careful with our furniture. They even took the time to wrap our antique dining table with extra padding. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Finally issue resolved , listened to my dissatisfaction and reached and solved the issue . thanks to Brandon am writing to formally request a refund for an overcharge on my recent moving service. The initial quotation covered 30 boxes and a few additional items, yet I was subsequently overcharged by more than $500 on the final invoice presented at storage. My previous attempts to resolve this issue were met with claims of missing documentation and unhelpful communication. I have been awaiting this refund since then. I strongly advise caution before hiring Safe Travels Moving & Storage Company. We hired them to move our family from Maryland to Michigan on November 13, 2025, and the experience was extremely frustrating. After we paid a $1,366 deposit, the company raised the price by more than $1,000 just two days before the move. Then during the move, the movers stopped halfway through loading and demanded another $400 in cash, claiming our items exceeded the estimate—even though the company had completed a QA review two days earlier and confirmed the inventory.
