I have a pretty interesting home in the Wildwood neighborhood of Olympia. It's an older home with a flat roof on the majority of the house and there's an attached carport with standard shingles. Out of four roofing contractors, Darrell and Safecover were the only team to get the estimate right. Other estimates would have resulted in an extremely high change order as they tore into the project as they did not identify that code requires complete roofing removal down to the wood. Darrell also took the time, where other companies didn't, to explain why I was getting such high costs to replace my skylight lids. They are a size that is not stock. So, we went with a plan to make them stock and that saved me thousands. The crew that showed up to do the work were friendly and worked so hard

Darrell and his crew did an excellent job replacing our shop roof. The job was done in one day which included clean up and haul away of old roofing material. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future on our home roof.

We were very happy when Safecover roofing responded promptly to our request for an estimate on a roof leak we had in the roof of our 'only' 6 year old shop. Eric, their estimator was out promptly and after looking closely at the roof, was able to see that the people who built our shop used metal 'siding', not as thick as roofing, the wrong grommets around the screws and only used 1"screws instead of the proper 2" screws! He gave us an estimate that included take down, replacing the roof insulation, replace the roof metal, with much better, proper metal, real plywood (not just particle board) and much better insulation! Safecover performed a complete tear off and replacement of a large barn roof. From the beginning of the process to the end, great communication. The crew worked with precision and left very little trace they were ever there. Might not have convinced me otherwise, but there is a beautifully installed and trimmed out roof on the barn. The price was great and they keep a sharp pencil. I highly recommend.

Safecover Roofing is a great company to deal with!! Their stellar crew had our roof ripped off and re-roofed in one day. The finished result was amazing! We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! They also contracted with a gutter installer so we had our gutters done too. The entire finished look is better than we could’ve asked for!
