I got several quotes from safe dry over the years but the thought of moving everything out was daunting. Finally got the terrazzo refurbished in 2025 and it looks amazing! Highly recommend this company! they communicated entirely via email because I was out of the country, great service, and prices.They were able to fix cracks and holes and make the terrazzo look like new!

I purchased an investment home and really wanted to have the terrazzo floors repaired and cleaned. I tried a local Winter Park company who knew nothing about terrazzo. I called SafeDry and felt very comfortable with the owner who is all business and no nonsense. I had to wait several weeks because they were booked. I am glad I did. I have the home on the market and everyone that walks in goes Crazy over how beautiful the floors are. I feel you really get what you pay for and SafeDry is worth every penny. I am looking for another home with terrazzo floors and will call SafeDry again to make them shine.
