Shawn knock it out of the park!! My customer had a small fire in her attic and the chimney pipes to her wood stove were damaged. The wood stove is her main heating source. I contacted Shawn at Safer Chimney LLC about my situation. He was on it full speed ahead with an estimate and best of all had a cancellation on his schedule. Shawn was able to put my customer in the vacant schedule spot and had her new chimney piping completed within three days of the first call to Safe Chimney. We are extremely happy with our wood stove insert and the entire process start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. They took the time to answer all of our questions and even followed up a few days later to check if we had any new questions and to see how we were enjoying the new insert. We also had them clean our chimneys and were very happy with that service as well. We highly recommend this company!

What an amazingly talented company. Sean and Kristen came to our Home to clean the chimneys and the cronspisen kocheloven. The chimneys and cronspisen had never been cleaned in over 30 years. They quickly and thoroughly cleaned the chimneys, but they had to return because the cronspisen would not draft when they checked it.. There was something complex in the combustion system that they had never seen before. They called the manufacturer for specifics and got the job done well. They were professional, timely, and thorough. They left our home clean and safe. Great affordable service by men who truly know what they are doing.
