Khaled came out on a Sunday night and fixed our garage door quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. What I appreciated most was his honesty. A previous technician had suggested that the entire unit needed to be replaced, but Khaled took the time to properly assess the situation. Instead of pushing an expensive replacement, he identified a cost-effective fix that will keep the door working for a few more years before a full replacement is truly necessary. A no worries repair! On Saturday night, Khalid was out here in an hour or less. The broken door is the only entrance, but he got in. He showed the issue clearly so it was easy to understand what we needed. The pricing was transparent and competitive for our research in SF.
