Horrible experience ever. I signed a contract to have my walk-in tub to be replaced in January 2025. It was not completed until July 2025. It took them 7 months to complete a simple walk-in tub installation. Make sure to read the fine print on the contract. I was initially contacted by American standard. I later discovered the installation was with safety tubs company located in Grand Prairie Texas. I googled the address on the contract and it appeared to be a small home. From the start, I called the phone number on the contract numerous times each month but I got the run around. It wasn't until I contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against American Standard and Safety Tubs company, before I got anything done. After less than a year and spending $24,000 for two new showers one of them devloped a leak on the bottom of one of the shower doors. After many attemts to contact service I gave up and called sales and told them of the problem. They said they would escalate the problem and have someone contact me within 48 hours. That's been a month ago. The showers are great but do not expect ANY service after the sale.

Do not use this, Company! They lied about what company they represent by Stating they were American Standard but they really represent Safety Tubs Company LLC out of Grand Prairie TX. The sales rep stated 0% financing and they would not cash our check until we were approved. Once the shower was installed, they wanted use to pay it all in cash. Then they sent use a credit card application. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

First of all the salesman lied about who he worked for, He claimed to work for American Standard. Second they will not honor their so called lifetime warranty. After the installation the tub started leaking and has damaged my dining room ceiling. These people are scam artists. Don't do business with them or you will regret it. Like I do.

Charged my parents an excessive amount for what amounted to a cheap plastic mess held together by the excessive caulk.
