I went in clueless, looking to replace the aerator on our sink. They didn't judge my lack of knowledge, got me the part in less than a minute and had me out. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I'd definitely go back!

I had a great experience! I had already been to the big box stores when one of their employees referred me to Saffron. I called first and they were super friendly but I needed to come in. No biggie as I didn’t even know the name of what I was looking for. The two men that helped me were knowledgeable and eager to help. They solved my issue and the part was obtained quickly. Best of all, as a woman, I felt SAFE with those men. Thank you. 💙

These day it can be difficult to get help when you need it. Not with Saffron. We were out of water and they were here that day and fixed the problem. Unfortunately we needed an even bigger fix and next day Angel came and brought our pump house up to the standard we needed for years We are getting great pressure and hope with improvements it will fix very expensive water leaks and electricity from pump running too hard. Just very nice caring people Angel and his young partner who came first. Unusual these days to get such quick and caring customer service. Thank you.
