Sailfish Softwash

James came out and did a great job cleaning our roof. I would highly recommend his service and the technique he uses to clean roofs. My roof is a stone coated steel roof and he explained the need to thoroughly wash the chemicals out so that no rust will come up following the washing. He was also fair in his pricing.

Saw the Sailfish Softwash truck and wrote down their number and thought I’d give them a try. Gave James, the owner a call. My barrel tile roof was cleaned in several days after that. Beautiful job. He and his assistant were professional and they protected the scrubs and vegetation. James was a very personable young man.

Corey did an outstanding soft wash cleaning job on my tile roof. No high pressure wash and he didn't walk on the roof. Showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. At my request he gladly retreated certain areas I thought needed more cleaning. I was in error as he did a good job the first time. I will recommend hm to my neighbors.

The results were satisfactory. The chemical cleaning companies in this area know their business. Mildew and Chlorine are not compatible, which equates to a clean roof. This was the second time I have used this company. The outcome is identical. However, the process has been identical as well. An estimate is provided, the work is performed, then the cost is increased. I might have understood it the first time, because there may have been an unanticipated issue. Nevertheless, the first time was more. The second time, I understood the 20% increase in the quote, as labor and materials have increased, but increasing the final figure should not have happened. Otherwise, I would have given him 4 stars.

We had a fantastic experience with sailfish softwash! It looks like we have a brand new roof ! We really didn't realize how dirty it was until this professional company cleaned it! How unusual to have a company show up when they are supposed to, return calls, and not settle till the customer is completely satisfied!!!! Wow.. you can't beat that!
